News from the Ludwigs-Quartier

weisenburger bau GmbH's project in Rheinallee in Ludwigs-Quartier is progressing rapidly and has reached another important milestone. In cooperation with Leukos GmbH & Co. KG, 195 residential units are being built here, which will be the future home of many happy singles, couples and families.

Here are some highlights of our project:

Diverse residential units: 195 rental flats are spread over eight staircases and offer a wide range of living options. The flats are equipped with kitchens and some are furnished for quick and comfortable move-in.

Parking facilities: The development has an underground car park with a total of 236 parking spaces, 215 of which are organised via a semi-automatic parking system. In addition, 21 conventional parking spaces are available according to GaVo guidelines. All parking spaces are already prepared for electrical connections.

Bicycle-friendly infrastructure: Sufficient parking spaces are available not only for cars but also for bicycles. These can be safely parked both in the underground garage and in separate bicycle rooms on the ground floor.

Perfect location: The Ludwigs-Quartier is located in the immediate vicinity of the idyllic banks of the Rhine and offers excellent connections to public transport as well as to important health and educational facilities.

Environmentally friendly construction: Our building project complies with the KFW Efficiency House 55 standard and thus meets high energy efficiency standards. District heating and green roofs contribute to sustainability.

Focus on quality of life: A quiet inner courtyard available to future residents creates a relaxed atmosphere. There is also a playground here for the little ones.

High-quality construction: The neighbourhood building will be built in solid construction using only reinforced concrete and no brickwork. The facade design with clinker and plaster gives the building a timeless elegance.

We are proud to be involved in this outstanding building project and look forward to soon being able to offer many people a new home.
