weisenburger's recruitment department can look back on an eventful few months. Since the beginning of the year, weisenburger has been represented at nine different careers fairs to present the Group's attractiveness as an employer and attract new talent.
Participation in the Einstieg Beruf company contact fair in Karlsruhe provided a great opportunity to present the company. With a total of 15,000 visitors, it is one of the largest training fairs in the region and offers an excellent platform for exchanging ideas with potential applicants.
The company fair organised by the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the HTWG Konstanz University of Applied Sciences, the KIT careers fair in Karlsruhe, the VHK Career Forum BAU in Frankfurt and kontaktiva in Darmstadt also proved to be extremely worthwhile events. They offered the opportunity to get in touch with students and inspire them about the diverse career opportunities at weisenburger.
This month, the weisenburger recruiting team visited the HBC Biberach job fair, the Construction NRW Careers Day in Wuppertal and the vocatium trade fair in Karlsruhe. The latter was characterised by the opportunity to arrange meetings with the respective companies in advance. More than 90 pupils had already registered in advance for an appointment to discuss the various training occupations at weisenburger. ABI Zukunft was also recently held in Pforzheim.
The fairs provided an important platform for meeting potential applicants in person and giving them a comprehensive insight into the weisenburger corporate culture.
