Last month, planning permission was granted for the ‘Wohnen am Tannenwäldle’ residential neighbourhood in Aalen. In collaboration with the Krause Group as project developer, weisenburger bau GmbH is realising a modern and sustainable residential quarter in a prime location.
The neighbourhood will comprise a total of eight semi-detached houses and 19 terraced houses, which are designed to meet the needs of families and singles alike. The living space of the semi-detached houses is approx. 133 m², four of which have an additional garden room and an extended area of approx. 172 m². The terraced houses offer between 125 m² and 133 m² of space and comfort for future residents.
All of the houses are characterised by their sustainable construction. They are built to the Efficiency House 40 standard, equipped with air-water heat pumps, photovoltaic systems with battery storage and thus fulfil the highest energy efficiency requirements. In addition, the neighbourhood offers a car-free area that contributes to an environmentally friendly and quiet living atmosphere.
The entire area is complemented by generous green spaces, playgrounds and excellent public transport connections, offering residents a high quality of life.
Construction of the ‘Wohnen am Tannenwäldle’ residential neighbourhood is scheduled to begin in spring 2025.
