weisenburger bau GmbH is pleased to announce the successful completion and inauguration of a modern apartment block in Ettlingenweier. In close cooperation with the city of Ettlingen, a sustainable building has been realised that serves as a connection accommodation.
The building comprises twelve residential units between 60 and 83 m², including barrier-free ground floor flats. The 3- and 4-room flats have a terrace or balcony, which provide additional living comfort. Cellar rooms have also been integrated to provide practical storage space for the new residents.
With the highlight of the innovative timber-hybrid construction method, the building project not only focuses on modern architecture, but also combines aspects of sustainability and efficiency. The resource-saving construction method is rounded off by a photovoltaic system, a heat pump and a water-saving concept.
