weisenburger once again took part in the nationwide Girls' Day this year. The event was organised by the internal recruiting team in collaboration with dual students from the company.
17 schoolgirls from various year groups took the opportunity to gain practical insights into the world of construction and projects. After an introduction, the programme began with practical exercises on a construction site at weisenburger bau in Karlsruhe. There, the participants produced concrete workpieces in the shape of their initials. The day was complemented by accompanying team activities.
