Approximately one year after the laying of the foundation stone, weisenburger bau GmbH yesterday celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the construction project in the Schönhof district. In cooperation with the Nassauische Heimstätte Wohnstadt (NHW) group of companies and Instone Real Estate, a total of 288 flats are being built on the construction sites F1 and F2 in Karoline-Veith-Strasse, around 60% of which are publicly subsidised.

weisenburger has been commissioned with the realisation of construction site F2 with a total of 148 apartments in two building complexes. These consist of seven modern apartment blocks, which are connected by a common basement. In addition to an underground car park, the basement also offers cellar compartments and storage rooms for waste, technical equipment and bicycles. Each building is also equipped with a staircase and a lift.

The apartments range from one to four-room apartments, which are attractive for singles, couples and families. Each apartment has a balcony, terrace or loggia.

In cooperation with Lebenshilfe Frankfurt e.V., three additional integrative residential groups for people with disabilities are being created. The residential groups are completely barrier-free and have spacious terraces with access to the inner courtyard.

The construction project meets the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard, and DGNB certification is being sought for the entire district development.

The Schönhof quarter is characterised by its location with optimal connections to the city centre and the surrounding infrastructure. This combination of urban proximity and high quality of life makes the project particularly attractive for future residents.
